Come and explore the ‘energetic body’ through a workshop combining the arts of Thai Massage & Yoga. The day will begin with a flowing yoga practice followed by a guided meditation to ground our energies and lead us into the Thai Massage. Together we will learn and explore the ‘Sen’ lines to release energetic blocks and increase the flow of prana (vital energy) throughout the body.
There will be a break of 1 hour 30 to enjoy a vegan lunch (included in price) in between the yoga practice and meditation.
Please take into consideration that two types of clothes will be necessary. One for practicing yoga and something warm and comfortable for performing the massage. Recommended to bring a blanket. Mats will be available.
